1. Delivery Times

Total estimated time: 20-30 business days from order to delivery (example for Italy) - Maximum 55 days in case of high demand

  • Handcrafted Production: 18-26 business days (maximum 50 days in case of high demand)
  • Shipping to Italy: 2-4 business days
  • Shipping to Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Worldwide (USA, Japan, UAE, etc.): 5-10 business days

2. Complimentary Shipping & Inclusive Customs Duties

To ensure a seamless, high-end experience, fully insured express shipping is always complimentary worldwide, on every order and for any destination.

No surprise fees upon delivery: all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees for international and non-EU destinations (United States, Japan, United Kingdom, Switzerland, UAE, Canada, Australia, etc.) are fully covered by VESSANO and already included in the final purchase price (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).

You will never be asked to pay any additional amount to the courier or customs authorities upon receiving your package.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment to monitor your order.

4. Courier and Delivery Methods

All VESSANO pieces are shipped via DHL Express with fully insured and trackable delivery worldwide.

  • Signature required: to ensure the utmost security of your garment, delivery always requires the presence and signature of the recipient or an authorized adult.
  • Attended addresses only: we do not deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or unattended locations.
  • Delivery attempts: in case of absence, DHL will leave a notice with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.

5. Delivery Issues

In case of delivery problems:

  • Package not arrived: Contact us after 2 days from the expected deadline
  • Damaged package: Report within 24 hours of receipt
  • Wrong address: Modifiable only before production begins
